My weekly intake = about 6 ounces of raw beef liver from Argentinian cattle, noninjected, grass fed nonsprayed. This is the only supplement I've ever taken I could feel. In 3-4 days it feels like somebody gave you a kick in the pants with a load of postive energy.
Best taken with Pineapple juice.
I have no connection with this company and pay the same price as everyone else. If you can't stand the taste, their are 40 gr. tabs available. Take a minimum of 6 a day. 10 if you can afford it. They're horse tablets, so pick your poison, huge pills or a liver shake.

1000 tabs last 166 days at 6 a day. This is the first level at which you FEEL the benefit. 10 or 15 is better. Powder is the cheapest.
I'm vegan except for this. It's too good to pass up for philosophical reasons and the Science is that this amount of defatted meat may even be beneficial. It sure helps me.
