Re: To all those on Day 5 **

I'm coming to the end of day five, and I feel pretty good.....well at least better than the first three days ha ha. I've noticed some aches in my lower back and legs. They wake me in the am....a couple hours earlier than I normally rise.They usually fade by midday, and I don't feel tired at all for the loss of sleep.
I'm not getting cravings too bad...I use to compete bodybuilding, so I guess I am use to regiments when it comes to eating and not eating.
I've also notice some mucus draining into my throat and nose....is that normal? It's nothing like a cold or allergies.
The other thing I am curious about...I'm doing the salt water flush..and not much comes out...I release a dark liquid a couple of times and that's it...not much in volume....and it seemed like the first day I got the whole quart out....is this normal? I am starting the P&B shakes tomight.
