My best advice to you is my own advice to myself...

STOP thinking and start LIVING!!!

I struggled with death also, as I'm sure most of us do at one time or another.

Someday, you will die, so will I, we all will. It's part of the process. First you must understand the difference between your SOUL and your "mind" (EGO) which is where your thoughts and fears reside. Your Soul (the true you) will welcome death as a retreat, free of fear, pain, suffering ect...... Whether or not you believe in God or can accept a God like figure is not important, God still accepts and loves you no matter what your thoughts or feelings are. He/She understands that you are a soul having a human experience.

The acceptance of death was a harsh reality for me, I constantly, obessively asked myself "What is the purpose of life?" The answer was so simple.. TO LIVE!!!!!

Please don't waste anymore time tormenting yourself. TRUST in yourself and in the universe is all you need for peace.

My personal beliefe is that their is sooooo very much more to our exsitence than what we as humans are experiencing at this very moment.

If you don't start living you will regret it. Stop thinking and start enjoying your life. Focus on all the good things in your life. Not your body's demise, it's just a body!!!!!!
