I did the MC for 22 days during Feb. I went from 140 lbs to 125 lbs. I am now 130 lbs. I would like to warn you that eating solid foods will be difficult for the first week. The important things to remember are to do the 3 day post fast regime. Also, get some good bacteria in you system. I had a lot of trouble going to the bathroom without resorting to the salt water flush. Also, exercise at least 1/2 hour a day, even if it is just going for a walk. The MC was absolutely a great experience for me in that I stopped drinking coffee, alcohol and went off depression medication. There is no diet or other fast that I have done that can compare to the wonderful results I had with the MC. I wish you luck!!!!
