Re: Ulcerative Colitis and bowel cleansing

I'm 36 and came down with UC 6 years ago. I haven't seen a doctor, taken a drug, or had a symptom of it in 3 1/2 years. I can't say for sure why.

I've done various things here and there to work on my health, from supplements to diet to fasting to juicing to meditation (I think this is most important to healing leaky gut - restores normal blood flow to gut, hence, it heals.) The one permanent thing I did was replace my 13 Amalgam fillings with plastic just over 2 years ago. Was the fillings what made the difference? I don't really know for sure. I don't follow any kind of diet whatsoever. I can eat and drink anything and see no symptoms of that horrific disease.

What I wanted to tell you is that I've done bowel cleansing with Bentonite and psyllium, I've taken herbs containing harsh roots, I've drank kidney cleanses with cayenne pepper, I've drank Sea Salt water, and I just did a liver cleanse which involves drinking Epsom Salt water and STILL no symptoms of disease, pain, or discomfort.
