My diet is clean- I have been on a candida diet for a year, but I occasionally crave a piece of chocolate or a cup of coffee. I have taken rotating courses of anti-fungals and anti-microbials for the first 8 months. Lost 60 lbs (175 lbs, size 14, now 115 size 6) and many other symptoms disappeared (environmental allergies, insomnia, foggy brain etc.) some have begun to return (PMS- breast tenderness, &backache, irritability a few days prior) and some hyper energy.
I seem not to be able to handle any anti-microbials or anti-fungals as they cause severe dysentary. The citrobacter freundii may be at the root, but also may only be one part of current diarhea....Any further ideas? Thanks so much. I can give you my e-mail address if that would be easier.
