We are currently trying Sheldon's "protocol" with my 13 year old daughter. I have posted another message about it somewhere here, apparently, the same time you were posting this yourself.
All I can say, Tamm, is that it is SO worth it for you to try this! My daughter was hospitalized twice earlier this year, but since we began taking Sheldon's advice, she has been able to reduce, and soon eliminate, all meds. She is dancing on her DDR dance pad like a maniac, visiting with her friends, doing her homework and being a teen drama queen,...leading a normal life!
She is doing GREAT, and we have only been on this treatment for a little over a month now. It just takes a tad bit of getting used to it, but it is valid and it is curing her! It doesn't take very long at all to stop thinking of this treatment as a "sacrifice" or an "inconvenience", (as opposed to most of our fast-food lifestyles), and to start seeing it as a rational, real, solution.
