Spit test

I forgot to mention: there is this "spit test" to tell if you have candida. Keep a glass of water by your bedside table and as soon as you wake up, spit into the water. Let the glass sit for a few minutes, comes back, and if the spit is swirling around in the water, you've got it. If it's floating on top, you don't. Make sure you've brushed your teeth and all that the night before and remember to spit first thing -- like you have to if you are checking your basal body temperature.
