My Opinion:

I am between Raider and Rod.
I believe Three Lac has been wonderful for many people and I am planning to take it myself.
But I also think that a complete self-analysis about our health condition is recommended.

I think bowel cleansing, liver cleansing and kidney cleansing are highly recommended. However I do not see them as a terrible thing I have to go through. I see them as a wonderful opportunity to purify myself. I do not think it is a curse it is a bless.

We are used to the magic pills the doctors gave us without explanations. We are expecting that. But to be really healthy requires a better understanding of life and health.

Goof food, exercise, regular cleansings are our opportunity for a great life.

I hope Three Lac works for everyone needing immediate help and relief, but also I would recommend a more open mind to find the real health. I have gotten amazing results with my liver and bowel cleansing and I believe they are a blessing God has given to me. I have seen many people dying from terrible diseases. The cleansings, improved diet and awareness about health are my opportunity to avoid some those diseases.
