Very good advise to Starr but I would dispute your statement that it is impossible for any probiotic to grow in the colon. LB12 contains 3 strains of bifidum bacteria of which 2 are colonizing and it has one proprietary strain called Enterococcus faecalis TH10 which is a very strong and potent lactic bacteria. I believe the strains of bacteria in LB12 can overcome even the most toxic bowel/colon. It contains LIVE bacteria and 6+x stronger than any other probiotic in the market.

Besides, the Bifidum bacteria in LB12 continues to double every 30 minutes for the first 8 hours in the bowel/colon after it has been ingested. This will help to quickly replenish the friendly bacteria and remove old debris and toxic substances. Of course, it will not be immediate but in a very short time will and can help to cleanse the bowel/colon!!
