I'd love to help!

Hi Irka!
Today is actually my day 17!! I still can't believe it! It's funny, I weigh myself everyday, I know you're not supposed to, but I can't help it. I've lost 15 pounds :) I was a lil dissappointed today, I feel like I've plateaued, but I know I should be pleased. I quess I'm averaging 1 pound a day-although the book says people should average 2 pound of fat per day. We're all different. I don't drink the laxative tea morning & night. It bothers my stomach for days when I do it, so I drink it every 3 days.
The hunger will get easier. I noticed EVERYTHING revolves around food, commercials, billboards, & it's such a social thing. My first 2 weeks, we went to 2 baseball games, that was really hard! All that food, whoo!! But I got thru it. Drink lots of water, or more lemonade. It surprisingly fills you. Being the yo-yo dieter, food lover I am, I never thought I could go without food, & it's amazing I haven't chewed anything in 17 days, not even gum! That might be hard, because you feel like your breath is terrible, so I just keep drinking. Plus, don't get nervous when you see a film on your tongue-it's very normal. Apparently that's from the toxins coming out of your body-& it will go away. My tongue is almost back to normal :)
