Do the program the way its outlined in the book or just quit and go back to your old unhealthy ways. Nobody said this would be easy. Few things in life worth doing are easy. What if you where stranded on a ship in the middle of the ocean? Who would you people whine to then?

Gimmee a break! Sorry to sound mean but you people need a cold glass of water thrown in your faces to wake up to reality here. Its only temporary, ok? 10 days or more. Just suck it up. Forget a straw. I know it tastes awful so thats why you should CHUG it fast so that you dont have to taste it as much. Use the Tea at night and the salt water in the morning. If you skip parts of the program you dont like then your results will also be half-assed. In that case dont even bother to do the program. I really mean that. If you arent ready to make the sacrafice then wait until you are ready. DOnt buy the lemons and let them rot. Save your money until you are ready to really give 100% effort.

What if you where stranded on a ship in the middle of the ocean? Thats how I do my program, like I am stranded in a boat with no food, no gum, no coffee, no beer, NO NOTHING. Nothing but lemonade, mint tea, laxative tea and salt water. Use your imagination people and make this a fun experience and a challenge. You will be amazed at the end of your fast at your own resiliance and strength for toughing it out while most others just quit like a bunch of lazy lackees.
