Thank you for your detailed description about the swf. I have read the book many times but it's great to hear another version of how it all works. Keeps me going. Anyway, except for thinking it's gross (but I do it anyway) I have had no physical response to the swf. I know I'm doing it correctly but I have never had strong eliminations afterward. Sometimes none at all. People tend to speak of it as a dramatic elimination experience. If anything, I just feel bloated from it. It's only been a few days. Do you think this will change?? I have read about slightly changing amounts of salt used or water to create a better effect but I don't remember the details.
Any suggestions?
