Lots of good info there; think i'll pass on the epinephrine party..............stimulants give my heart too many palpitations.
As for the cleanses, i did a month long colon cleanse already & am wrapping up my first liver/ kidney cleanse this morning with a colonic. You might be right about the nut allergy; it's just been with me from the start so is deeply ingrained. I anticipate other food sensitivities (as opposed to actual allergies) will clear up as the liver cleanses & rebuilds. Will see about the nuts. I'm just so adverse to eating them that i highly doubt i would "test" in that way. Besides i can get the healthcare practitioner i work with to do muscle testing for products that work.
