Since I started taking a high quality enzyme supplement, the constipation problem has become so, so much better. I noticed on ThreeLac's site that they don't list how much cellulase is actually in the product, which seems odd to me. However, the amount of protease, lipase and amylase looks like good amounts. You can get other enzyme blends that have this much, and other enzymes too, though. I'm spending about $2 per day on enzymes right now. I didn't see how much LHB costs, but if it's less than this, go for it, and if it's more than this, you might want to look elsewhere. It seems like from the ingredients you'll be taking at least 6 per day, but I couldn't find the instructions, to take my advice here with a grain of salt.
