Re: Rotator Cuff / Frozen shoulder ?

I have frozen shoulder too and I understand, from the net, that if it has no obvious traumatic cause that it is often from the build up of toxins in the shoulder. It seems that it resolves within 2 years with or without treatment. This is definitely related to liver toxins since the right one is the referral place for liver problems. I can relate to this since I am doing the flushes from time to time and trying very hard to eat better to allow my stagnant liver to clear. I have been getting myofascial and cranio sacral to it which has helped a bit but I am not seeing much improvement lately. I also think this is related to resistant to change and a place when much inner rage is stored, since that is what I "see" during sessions. I am swimming three times a week and the breaststroke is all I know. So I am losening it up that way. I also stretch it out with a very slow backstroke. You can do more in the water than out.
Yes, I was referred to a surgeon, but I am doing much better than others who are post-operative at the pool.

Re Rotator cuff - my pattern of pain also conforms to problems in the supraspinatus muscle which lies on the top part of the scapula and is part of the rotator cuff which is a ring of muscles supporting the shoulder joint.

So, these are the things I know about it. Hope it helps.
