Well...taking senna or cascara sagrada is not good for you when you take it regularly every day for years...but taking it in the herbal tea form once at night for the 10 days it takes for an MC is just fine. Gotta keep those bowels moving!Forum: Master Cleanse Supp

Remember to start your day with WARM water...quite a bit of it - and that will simulate peristalsis.
If you're doing the traditional MC you'll be doing the salt water flush every morning...
