Well yesterday I weighed at 141 lbs. Today I weighed in at 142 lbs. Not bad really. I think that with better eating habits, exercise and smaller portions per meal, I can lose that and more hopefully. If not, I know that I can come back and fast more, but I'm sure that now I can burn it off. I'm a lot more active than what I was in the past few yrs, even the heat outside isn't detering me yet. Last night before bed I did some sit ups, leg lifts (trying to flatten out my tummy. lol), and some push ups. Not many, but trying to work back into them. I did 10 of each, and since I gained all this weight compared to when I was in the military, my arms ached from lifting it to do the push ups. But I figure 10 and if I can push out 5 more each day that is good. :)
Plus all teh walking around taht I do should help my legs and rear end. lol I hate running though, always did, plus it jars my back injury too bad and I don't need to be out of commision again. So walking for me is much better.
In 98 when I did my liver flush, I lost 20 lbs that yr due to all teh walking at work that I did. I must have walked at least 5 miles a day in the shops just in my work alone. I was always all over the shops. Now I have two parks by me that I can walk in when it is nice out.
So I have much that I can do to get my body back in shape as along as I keep my energy levels up. Why I stopped was because I lost my energy levels and had no energy to do things and be active again. The MC brought it back for me. :)
I'm sure that you will be ok once your energy boost kicks in for you. :)
