Ok folks, the results are in. Well, so far anyway, it's been a grand success. BTW. I have never had any gall bladder issues. Except after last night I realize it has been making itself known to me in little feelings of pressure and slight discomfort for years. I just thought it was gas or something. Yeah, right, gas in the same place.

The ES was nasty but not too bad after licking lemon. The OO & GF weren't bad at all. I read where it was horrendous. Tasted fine except being oily.

About 3am I awoke and felt a lot of fluttering where "my gas" used to be. It virtually felt like those little stones were rolling one down the ducts. This went on for quite some time. It felt like there were a lot. Thanks to the ES. I really gets the pipes moving. They look like the pictures. Green with a light colored covering of sorts. A lot of stuff all different sizes. And yes, I picked on up (with a stick) and squished it. Nice and green inside. Soft as warm clay, thank you apple juice and Ortho Pro drops.

All in all, not a bad experience (as of yet anyway). Still got one more ES to down. I'm not bothering to count because there is so much I don't know if it is all stones. But the fact it doesn't look any other crap I've expelled, I suppose it is all stones and in that chase there is hundreds if not thousands, mostly tiny or sludge. hmmmmmm. Great reading eh?

Oh, and someone else mentioned bad OO odor in pot. I don't notice anything foul, just your regular poo smell.

Also I feel very light and all around good today. I think I will be doing more flushes. It's not all that bad, except I would like a short cut version. This one was too long with the colon cleansing and 5 days of apple juice and OrthoPro.

Any suggestions for a three day ordeal instead of 12?
