Hello my new friend. I hope you don't mind me calling you that. Ptree and Tracey gave you the missing information. Gets your co-ordinates and give it another try !! There is fat in milk and fat in cheese too. I know it is not a lot of fat, but any fat on the day of the Liver Flush is enough to ruin the flush. When I do a liver flush I eat oatmeal, the old fashioned one, by Quaker Oats for breakfast with no milk, no butter, just plain oatmeal. For lunch I eat a plain baked potato, no butter, no nothing on the thing. I also do not drink any coffee on the day of my liver flush. I drink plenty of water until 2PM. After 2PM I do not drink or eat anything. The next thing to put in your mouth is the Epsom Salts concoction, at 6PM and another one at 8PM then nothing more until the 10PM olive oil concoction. Guaranteed, if you follow these instructions you WILL see a toilet full of stones the next day. You may want to try using pink grapefruit instead of lemon. If you shake up the olive oil and the grapefruit juice together, you can hardly even taste the oil.I still use a straw even with the grapefruit juice, it has just become a habit for me to drink it with a straw. I use fresh grapefruits (three of them) and squeeze them right before I am ready to drink them.

Hope that you give it another try. I am sorry that you did not understand to not eat any kind of fat on the day that you do the liver flush.
