Preliminary steps to liver cleanse

Hello all,

I am interested in doing my first Liver Flush but according to the Hulda Clark site I should be doing a parasite then kidney flush.

Is it typical to do both of these first (which could take some time)? Has anyone done a Bowel Cleanse first?

The bottom line is, can I do The Liver Flush without these other steps?
