The salt water flush and b/p are two different things, it depends on what you want to accomplish. If you're not moving your bowels naturally, by digesting food, you really should drink a laxative tea or do a salt water flush. The b/p would get things out of your digestive tract but i personally don't see it as a laxative type drink. I was experimenting a bit and had a b/p shake and then did the Sea Salt flush right after...it took 20 hours for it to arrive at the other end! normally, it's 20 minutes, for me. I was *hoping* that the flush would hydrate the Bentonite enough that it would pass faster and not be clogging the works for a day and half.

You could try using warm water for the flush, it doesn't seem to taste as bad that way.
