Probably the best advice that I can give you is to exercise while you are doing it (if you want to lose weight), stay away from foods while on the cleanse, and change your eating habits when you are done with the cleanse.
I changed my whole diet around to organic and vegetarian foods. Plus I had exercised while off the cleanse also. When I changed my diet, and started exercising, the weight that I had gained back (you gain roughly about half of your weight back that you lost), I ended up losing again because of my eating habits and exercise. I had lost 10 pounds, gained 5 pounds back, and because I changed my eating habits and started working out on my friend's soloflex machine, I lost the 5 pounds that I had gained back. In fact I was floating at about 139 to 138, so I was losing a little more than what I had gained back.

Also read the posts here and ask for advice if you need something specific. This forum is great for giving help and support when we need it, which is why I am back again. :D
