Hmm I have organic lemon juice here, the non-concentrated form.
With me, I really hate the thought of sqeezing all those lemons out. lol But I did do well on the juice. My sinuses cleared right up for me, no allergies now to oustide. Even if I run the bagger on the mower, a couple of sneezes and I am cool. Not plugged up or anything like I was before. My skin cleared up (but not completely like I hoped that it would, but it did improve a lot), and my monthlies are totally cool now. I don't even notice when they start. :-O But at least I can run a normal day and say oh well. lol Instead of being layed up the first day like I was.

Yeah, when I first came off the cleanse, I was eating stuff still, but I had changed my eating habits which will help a lot this time on my cleanse. Did you notice any change in the foods that you ate? Like eating less of them or couldn't eat them at all now?
I noticed that the smell of greasy foods make my stomach roll since the first time on the cleanse. And of course the normal breads, I eat Spelt bread now which I can tolerate in taste and with the yeasty taste (I don't taste the yeasty taste with that type of bread), I also eat less of the bread now (I was eating 6 to 8 pieces of normal bread in a day with soups, stews and the like), and my stomach much more enjoys normal organic foods. What I call normal is without all the preservetives and junk in todays foods. I also noticed that I can't eat the amounts that I used to either. My portions have gotten smaller. And I was eating salads about twice a day.

Well good luck with the weightloss. I'm hoping that I can do well in that regard as well. :D
