look, all u people that come up on this forum talking shit and being all f***in negative, chill the f*** out.
i mean really!! i know this problem is a BITCH , but we have to deal with it and not be consumed by it!!
try everything that we can.

all and any info. ,helps us all understand the problems more, so we can try all alternatives.

and as for seeking professional medical consultations by physicians, not every one can afford that.
so thats why we need to take different approches.
as for the dude, who responded to my post, about me finally trying something after 6 months of posting a thread....
yo...ive been to doctors , specialists,......8 specialists to be exact, and had dozens of tests and prcedures performed on me, with little or no problems to be reported.
i did this for a str8 year. then my insurance ran out, and at this time i am not able to afford to get any other kind.
so... thats why i am going to start tryin alternatives...
herbs, cleansing, vitamins, so forth.....

as for the bowel cleansing...
bowel cleansing is "not" i repeat "not" bad for you!!
a healthy colon is a key to healthy lifestyles.
however, doing them repeatedly and consistantly again and again.... im sure thats not good for you.
moderation is everything....
if you try these methods in moderation u cant go wrong.

i have read so much shit and took in so much info. about these alternatives and cleansing and herbal methods and all possible causes, that im about to explode...

im not a doctor but after going through this f***ing hell..
im sure i could pass as one
