Dude I also notice when I' am trying to hold in my gas, or try to wait for an entire school day period trying to release bowel at home judging from people reaction I smell
worst
or when the odor isn't that bad an I decide to go out and maybe later go to McDonald's the odor grows stronger


wait a minute before the odor started I use to eat out everyday and never really drank water ( LOL eat out )

I notice one when I had over 8 glasses of water that I really didn't smell bad as usual guys
Vegetables, Fiber, and Water all are the Cure of nothing more and give it time it isn't going to take a week to help clear up this problem maybe months
I remember also with my sympthom of fatigue it temporally cleared once I've ate a salad w/ a bottle of water and that right there gave me an idea

So guys no matter how hard you may want to not sacrifice your current diet for maybe forever just do it Water, FIBER, and VEGETABLES
