yo, there's hope for us..

yo everyone, i think we have enough proof here to relate this problem completely to diet and life style, i recently saw an allergist and he notified me that there are foods one can be sensitive to but if you are allergic to a food it will cause an allergic reaction resulting in swelling and or hospitalization. He told me some people are sensitive to certain foods and it is there for their responsibility to identify those foods as being a problem for that particular person(IBS). Of course as MX3 is doing we all need to see a Gastro intestinal specialist to determine if this smell is caused by a prostate infection, bacterial or other conditions that may cause an odor. I've been more confident in the past weeks and am finding that if i have a bowel movement followed by a shower and scrubbing of the particular (area) with a wash cloth, i do not have any particular problems although there is of course the odd one... My point is we can all benefit from a proffensional oppinnion on our digestive problems, which in turn can result in information leading to an odor free lifestyle. Im almost convinced that this problem is completely related to diet and lifestyle, for instance daily excercise and healthy sleep patterns. All we need to do is quit feeling sorry for ourselve's and take action. Whether it be proffesional help we seek (excluding your DM who only provide faulse information, but get a refferal to a GI speacialist)

p.s. i am still no where near back to my normal self, despite taking numerous anti depressants and other medications and being clean of all drug use accept for alcohol.. although i do feel im improving simply from seeing a shrink and trying to improve my lifestyle, although ive began to socialize again i dont feel aswell as i once did. im not saying you people live un-healthy lives, im saying I for one.. DO, and im going to try as hard as i can to make a commitment to living my life as healthy as i can, although it is extremely tough. We can also all benefit from knowing exactly when we STINK! of course its hard to ask a friend when particularly we stink however it would be incredibly valuable to us. If u can trust the person. thanks to u all for your support and inputs and i look foward to this problem getting resolved for all of us no matter how niaeve it may seem, god bless all and try to stay up
