Oh yeah btw, I didn't realize if ur stools come out in balls it means ur constipated. I use to have that until I started taking a shitload of pills. But Imma see a dermatologist and see what happens because maybe I have candida too. The balls formed into normal stools about the time I started taking the pills which consist of:

-Biotin (333% daily value)
-Calcium (doesnt matter really, just want strong bones :) )
-Magnesium,Zinc, Calcium tablet (3 tables of 33% each daily value of each supplement)
-now im doing Milk thistle, 3 tablets a day with meals because maybe my liver is messed up

I've gotten severely lactose intolerant past few years and I never was before. I think it has something to do with my system changing. I should also note before I got this I played a lot of sports (well still do but alone) and when I sweat a lot I could smell like a urine smell. But that was because it has urea in it and I use to sweat a lot which is odd because I was pretty much a shrimp. I had a keen sense of smell too. When these problems started however, it turned into a chlorine-like smell, some classify it as yeast, idk. Just it was weird, like when you come out of the pool. I still have that and am wondering if anyone else noticed a change like this occuring.

If anybody has aim and you see me, please talk as soon as possible. Anyone here, I need to get info.
