"My Last Chance ?" Update !!

Over a month ago I wrote in with my story of how God led me to detoxify my system. My story was titled "My Last Chance ?" God led me to change my diet for my health, my teeth and to save my life.
I am quite well since I last wrote. I am gradually changing over to the Hallelujah diet....www.hacres.com and when I stay on this diet I feel so....alive.....this is a new feeling for me. I have energy, no pain, I sleep better, I eat a lot but I've lost over 20 pounds since spring (I was 176 lb's) , my teeth are painless and I'm ....happy ! After so much depression....happy is a word that was hard for me to use until now. Praise God!
I am working toward a diet of 85% raw fruits and veggies with whole grain breads, seeds and nuts and plenty of raw fruit and veggie juices (mostly carrots).
Am I starving myself or in lack of anything ? Absolutely not ! I'm healthier now than I've ever been in my life. I don't miss the pain.
Do I mess up ? Yes, I have quite a few times and every time I do I have some kind of pain or fatigue and my whole system slows down, yet races with anxiety. Each time, with God's help, I ask for His help and start all over again. I have found that sugar (any kind) is the worst...it wreaks havoc on my whole system and my teeth are still sensitive to it and I read recently that sugar can supress the immune system. Dairy brings on sinuses and abdomial pain.
My mess ups have been small actually so I have never really gone back to the way I once ate. I couldn't.

P.S. I haven't been back to my Dr.and I am now med free, Praise God! I was , before I started this, addicted to Excedrin for migraines...no more....no more migraines.
