i don't think you should be doing that . the whole purpose is to detoxify.
i feel a need for a sweet treat , i think you should maybe try add a littel nutmeg or cinnmain to drink or take a brak have a mint tea. cause the whole idea is to detox and mayb eyouare allergic to chocolate or the candy coating and don;t know it?
i mysle f woudl try to over come this. tellyour self you willhave some m and m's after the cleanse ( the stores will still be there ! maybe reward your self after with a few of them.
