I used grade A until my grade B (that I ordered online) arrived, and I felt fine either way - grade B supposedly has more minerals in it but you have to go with what you have! I can't wait to see Robin Quivers in low-rise jeans ;)

This was my first cleanse, and now that I'm off of it I actually miss it, believe it or not! I stayed on it 15 days, and lost 25 lbs, but a few of those last few pounds were because I had major intestinal...umm...goings-on, because I did not follow the advice of the book in how to go off of the cleanse, and I paid for it in many, many trips to the bathroom! Coming off of it is just as important as anything, I now see. I drank the OJ for one day but then started eating the next - just mashed up banana and smooshed avocado, but my body wasn't ready for *any* food, smooshed, mashed, or otherwise! So I've learned my lesson ;) I've only been off of the cleanse a week, and am eating raw, and lightly, so I haven't seen any of the weight come back yet. I'd like to do it again next month!
