Dori, I definitely did not drink any big amounts of water...I hate to admit it but I didn't drink ANY water at all for the first 4 or 5 days! I was too full from the lemonade ;) After that the most I had was 3 glasses. I'm not recommending that you not drink any water yourself, though - I know it helps a lot with detoxing and moving things along, and just generally making you feel good. I did take the SWF and the tea, yep. You can get a nice tea (sort of licorice tasting) called Smooth Move at almost any health food store, and at some supermarkets too. It really helped, and it wsa nice to have something hot and comforting before you go to bed, you know?Forum: Master Cleanse Supp
