ps / teh thing you metioned about taking more that half your body wt etc yet not peeing as muchis soem how contradictive.
you only drink mor ethan half your body wt when doing the b p scrubs, and if get constipated suppose d to STOP the scrub until you pass bowels etc and then reduce the amt of Bentonite you are usign / perhaps you are usign far too much bentonite and getign all plugge dup? i my slef woudl stop everythin gyou are doign for a few days and jstu get soem good natural bean fibe rin you good veggies noce soup brothes and natural dirurectic again liek the watermelon/ soem cranberry juice and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice or orange with a 1/2 a lemon or lime. and put a dab of ligh toliv eoil on everyting to help loosend wht is htere and rest do light exerices to help your bowles stimulate and make darn sure youaare getting a good nights sleep.. sicen tha tis when you system works best kidneys flushin out etc/ tehre is a thing calle dwater toxicity too btw. jstu drink normally 8-10 8 ozs of lfuid a day. sty awaaaasy form fried or meats ( they are harder to digest/ breakdown) and cheeses etc... try eating apples to soften you bowels up then reread the liver Liver Flush and try it stickign EXACTLY as timed. i tis stated there i fyou do not follow the tiemd scdeuel or veer from it that you will have problems....good luck get soem ornithine to ensure good sleep
i take one cpasule every night (it is a natural amino acid )
