What is bad about x juice concentrate?

Hello. I am JuiceHead. I was wanting to go on a fast, but I am wanting it to be short (7-10 days). I am wanting to use bottled or canned juice, because I do not have the money to take all of my juice from the produce that I juice myself. The juice in cans and bottles says 100% natural, no ingredients added.

I am wondering to you here that know...when the can or bottle of juice says 100% natural grape juice, and the list of ingredients lists 'grape fruit juice from concentrate' as the only ingredient, is it true or a lie? Have they added things to the concentrate like sugar, dye, etc.? Would this kind of juice be bad for someone with candida albicans to take on a fast or cleanse?

I know that the freshly juiced organic stuff is best because of enzymes that aren't present in the bottled and canned stuff, but if that is the only difference, I am okay. will be juicing some myself, and the rest will be in cans or bottles. Me 2 poor.
