My experience with the SWF is that the effects are over within two hours at the latest. So if you could get up early you'd be good to go to school at 9:30. I found I had the best results when I took the tea right before bed and then did the swf in the morning, but it did wake me up during the night, so my sleep was slightly interrupted.

I went for 8 days, and did not find myself absent minded at all. In fact, I felt a lot of clarity. I'm not a student but have a job that requires a lot of right and left brain activity, and I was quite productive during the fast, except for one day when I had headaches. Some people get headaches early on. I would suggest making as big a jug of the stuff that you can carry with you to drink during the day. It will give you energy when you need it.

Also, maybe you could start on a Saturday, so that you can see how your body will react before you have to go to class!
