Also, do you have any idea of how long you were shedding for before you started to see regrowth? And did you also have a radical diet change like me? Cus I went from a dirty, dirty diet to almost as clean as possible over night. So I think that defiantley has something to do with the shed. See I started losing my hair at 16, and I am almost positive it is because at had such a god awful diet. You wouldn't believe how much candy I ate. And so when I finally started respecting my body and eating healthy a few months ago the hairloss really slowed down. But now after the bowel cleanse all this oil has popped up and my hair has started ot shed. So hopefully our sheds are a good thing. Right? Oh and are you eating any sea plants in your diet? Because I read that they are very nourishing for the hair.
