Coming Off the Lemonade Fast, and Other Questions

Hi - I'm planning on starting the lemonade fast for the first time in a couple of days, but an already wondering about what I'm supposed to do when I end it, approximately 10 or so days later...I know that I'm supposed to drink orange juice for the first couple of days, but is that it?

Also, in terms of exercise, does anyone know if it's okay to do Pilates during the fast? I realize that this will be largely a matter of finding out for myself, but I'm curious if anyone else has done the fast and Pilates.

Any other help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
