You misinterpret.
The blood of Jesus is perfectly sufficient to cover all of man's iniquities, sin and illness! What isn't sufficient is Man's will! If man doesn't choose, then so be it - God did His job by allowing for man to choose and for providing the ultimate sacrifice.
You can never blame God, when He created man with a free will! The truth is out there, all that man needs to do is believe and turn from wicked ways. Not everyone will be saved, because not every man will choose to live for God and turn from those wicked ways.
I'm pretty much finished with this debate, I already provided more than enough information.
