Remember that, "what you resists persists".

So called "negative" emotions are normal. Especially on a cleanse. Welcome them, embrace them, listen to them....they are also here to teach you...

Play with it a little...loosen your tight hold...and rejection of these feelings...Let it flow...and who knows? Maybe it'll start flowing elsewhere too!
