Isn't day 5 a bitch! I think it's the hardest day!

I have had such trouble with day 5! Last time I let this difficult day knock me clear off the fast! Two other times I had done the full 10 days. I think I wasn't sufficiently mentally prepared for following thru the 3rd time, and vowed not to fast again until I really had a strong desire to stick with it. Not surprisingly, I gained back the weight fast from the half-ass (half the 10 days) time! The psychological hunger is much stronger than physical hunger, and it always turns out that food never tastes as good as you think it will, past the first few bites anyway.
