Hi blueskyz...I think we all look for the huge sign that says the fast is working as it should, according to plan, and within the 10 day suggested time frame. I look for magnificent signs, with huge balls of whatever coming out my ass and big enormous castings offs of purulent matter, waking up the next day to say I'm cured! But, it hasn't been like that for me either. From the start it has been mucous and silt, mucous and silt, and aside from a dark and disgusting BM on the 8th or 9th day, it continues to be mucous and silt. I haven't had any headaches. I haven't had highs and lows. My energy has stayed the same throughout...sort of weak, but able to function. My furry tongue remains green and gross, on the 16th day, and I am hungry. I have been hungry throughout. I kept waiting for the day that I thought might come, when the hunger goes away and I have a lovely elated feeling and can go and mow ten lawns. Hasn't happened. Gnawing, needy hunger. BUT, I know the cleanse is working. I just do. No fireworks...just a steady and slow mechanism. Perhaps it's this way for you?

Have you given any thought to coming off the cleanse at ten days and doing other cleanses. Then going back to the MC later?

Anyway, I do know how you feel.
