I love to soak in the tub and have used Epsom Salts for that quite often (plus I love to create my own scented bath salts out of them) I have noticed that even soaking in them gives me the "trots". For the last 2 or 3 winters, I have had what the doctor calls winter itch, which is a dry, scaly, ITCHY rash in the insides of my thighs. Soaking in epsom salts seemed to dry the rash even more and make it more itchy so I have not done that in awhile. Since I started the parasite cleanse herbs at the beginning of the week (and even a little bit earlier when I added another quart of water to my diet) it has cleared up. So I will definately jump in the tub and soak away tonight. Thanks!! I bought one of those nice deep clawfoot oldies just so I could soak and soak and soak......
