Standard for people with health problems is 14 days - every 2 weeks.

But, relatively healthy people can do 1 flush every 10 or even every 7 days.


Flush can be hard on kidneys, so if you have any problem with kidneys, wait at least 14 days or the next flush.




It is very important to follow healthy diet (avoid foods you don't tolerate, avoid foods-that-kill) and consume more water, and only salt consumed should be unrefined salt.
