Re: Flush while breastfeeding

I see no reason why you should not flush while breast feeding. Are you flushing as a prevention or are you symptomatic with pain and indigestion associated with gb problems? The products you use for flushing are safe and easily done. I would be sure you take all doses of the Epsom Salts to be sure you are ridding your body of any toxins released while you flush. Drink lots of water as always. I used to grab a glass of something to drink every time I sat down to breast feed and I was able to keep up my fluid intake easily.
