If you are doing Dr. Clarks flush using the Epsom Salts and such, there is no pain! I've done it twice and had great results. The second time I felt a little sick that evening and into the next morning but that was all, it was because my blood sugar dropped a bit. There was no cramping or anything. I even stopped a major gallbladder attack with the first cleanse! I was scared out of my wits but I figured it was better than surgery, feeling like crap and all the rest that go with it. By 10am I was back on my feet just fine (I still had to stay close to a bathroom till evening but I felt ok).
