Hope I am doing this right

I am doing my first cleanse tonight. At 6pm, I opened a bottle of Magnesium Citrate and consumed a quarter of it. The bottle is 10 ounces and while I know it can be substituted for epsom salt, I did not know quantity. The bottle states 10 ounces can be consumed over 24 hours, so I decided to divide the bottle into 4 equal portions to be taken at the 4 appropriate times. If I am wrong, someone please let me know. It did not taste bad, sort of like salty lemons in soda. I am also continuing to drink warm lemon water throughout the evening if I feel hungry. Hope that doesn't mess up my cleanse. If it does, I will certainly know better next time.
