Hi there!

I might make a mixture that includes:

Crab Apple: for compulsive cleaning in the real world - trying to make it perfect (symptom of self-critical thoughts, too!).

Aspen or Mimulus: for fear - depends on if your fear comes from a fear of the unknown (aspen) or a fear of something you know you're afraid of (mimulus)

Larch: for confidence and feeling good about yourself

Star of Bethlehem: for removal of any stress or trauma that may be contributing.

That would be a good start!
