And for all who are scared to do this

This was no big deal. I was so scared to try it. Not because I was afraid it would be painful, but that it would be distasteful. That I wouldn't sleep and would be sick all night, that I would be too big of a wimp to take the Epsom Salts (ok, I was but I will use them next time, the mag. citrate was carbonated and nasty) That the oil and grapefruit juice would not taste good (it was not bad at all)and I would sick it back up. But mostly I was afraid that nothing would happen for all of the effort. That I would have put my faith in something like this and like so many other things I have tried to regain my health, it would not work. I can't say that I have seen much of anything to get excited about so far, but I can say that I will do this again and again until I do because I know that this will work, even though it was a small thing, something did happen. It was not that big of a deal and I am a huge baby when it comes to these things. So, if I can do it, anyone can.
