Sure, John, laugh it up. HEHEHEHE It was an interesting day. Thankfully, I can see the humor in it because my husband sure didn't he is a little squeamish. I doubt he will ever do a cleanse.

SO, anyway, it is the day after and I feel no cleansing euphoria, if truth be told, I am having a little soreness in my liver area and my intestines feel like they have been a little overworked. Is it really necessary to cause this kind of diarrhea for a cleanse?

What I am going to do on Friday night is try taking 2 or 3 of these magnesium oxide capsules and see what the result is. I was warned when I purchased them that they would most likely cause a loose stool. They contain mag. oxide and mag. aspartate 400mg. Only one capsule is said to contain 100% of the RDA. If the dosage with 2 or 3 of them seems sufficient, I will try them for my next cleanse which I have scheduled for Sat or Sun depending on what goes on here. I am not waiting for 2 weeks because I am feeling some pain in areas where I did not previously and my intuition tells me to do another as soon as possible.

If these caps work, it could be helpful for those who can't ingest the ES. I am also going to bathe in ES the night of the cleanse. That always seems to be as effective for me as taking any other laxative, being as how much we absorb through the skin.
