Hi,
I think you might want to check out the juice fasting forum if you prefer to add other juices and vegetable broth. This forum is for the MC, or the " Lemonade Diet ," which only allows lemon juice, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper.
Also, the MC states that to get the most cleansing benefits, you have to go for 10 days. This is NOT to say that you don't get benefits from a 3 to 5 day cleanse, nor is it to say that everyone can do a full 10 day cleanse. But who knows what you can do until you try?
